Dennis - 2 year old male.

Dennis is a handsome Blue Belton English Setter.

This lovely boy was found wandering the streets and is now safe with our rescuers.

Dennis is a very happy chap; he shares his food and gets on well with other dogs. His tail does not stop waggling when our rescuers visit.

Dennis enjoys being outside, so he would love a nice garden to run, play and explore in.

He is healthy and pending transport availability, he could travel to the UK in September 2025 - he just needs a foster or forever home to go to!

Dennis is currently in Serbia

Rexxy - Now Reserved!

Rexxy is a striking orange belton English Setter, exact DOB is yet to be confirmed.

Rexxy is a handsome looking boy with big puppy-dog eyes. When he first arrived at the shelter he was very scared and overwhelmed by suddenly finding himself in a completely new environment. He is a lot more settled now and learninig to trust Ivana who cares for him at the shelter. He is still more comfortable around men than women, but hopefully this will change over time.

We are looking for a nice quiet home in the countryside for Rexxy, with a kind resident dog who can help him slowly build up his confidence.

Rexxy has no health issues and pending transport availability, he could travel to the UK in September 2025 - he just needs a loving foster or forever home to go to!

Rexxy is currently in Serbia.

Mora - Now Reserved!

Mora is a very sweet English Setter of 6 years old, DOB 18.08.2018.

This lovely lady is 6 years old and currently is in Spain waiting for her forever family.
She is a very happy and affectionate girl, she loves all the rescuers and gets on very well with other dogs, currently sharing the kennel with two mastiffs, a podenco and a malinois.

Mora temperament is sweet and balanced making her a wonderful companion.

Seth- 6 year old male.

Seth is a stunning boy, he has very particular dark markings. He was born in 2019.

This handsome chap was very shy at the beginning, he was dumped at the local shelter.
Since arriving in our care, Seth has come out of his shell, he enjoys walking on a lead (he can get excited in open spaces) but walks well on pavement/ road. He enjoys travelling by car and gets on well with other dogs AND cats!

Currently in Spain.

Elvis - Now Reserved!

Elvis is striking tricolour English Setter, DOB 10.09.2020

Lovley Elvis was found abandoned and poorly, since arriving at the shelter this sweet boy has gained weight and has a clean bill of health! Our rescuers say: Elvis is always so happy to see us, he is a very affectionate and sweet Setter. He gets on well with all dogs and loves playing with them.

Pablo - Now reserved!

Pablo is a stunning Tricolour English Setter of approx 5 years old.

This poor boy was abandoned on a mountain in terrible conditions and was incredibly lucky to be found and moved to Athen where he is slowly gaining weight.
This handsome chap is a cuddle monster, loves human contact and has a very balanced character. He gets on well with all dogs and wishes nothing more to find his family.

Currently in Greece.

Beltza - 4 year old male.

Beltza is a handsome English Setter Blue belton, DOB 15.01.2021

Beltza was surrendered by his owner (together with Golan) as not good for hunting, this lovely Setter has always lived in a kennel. We are still learning about his character but Beltza likes human contact and is a lively boy. He can be protective about his food, we will update his profile soon.

Roble - 3 year old male.

Roble is a very handsome English Setter, DOB 01.12.2021.

Roble was given up by his hunter to a man when he was only 10 months old. Due to illness his owner can no longer look after Roble. Roble has a clean bill of health.

His previous owner helped Roble with his nervousness around people, particularly men. He can still be a shy boy so his new family will need to understand he will need time to adjust and encourage him along the way. He can be easily frightened of sudden noises or movements.

Roble gets on wonderfully with other dogs and is very playful and social.

Roble is currently in Spain.

Oran - 2 year old male.

Oran is a striking young English Setter, born in 2023.

Oran is a loving young Orange Belton, our rescuers say he gets on very well with all the dogs at the rescue and loves cuddles and attention. He has a very balanced and affectionate character and comes with a clean bill of health.

He’s a young playful Setter and as you can see from the video likes to play fetch with tennis balls, he will need some help in walking politely on the lead.

We are looking for a loving family for this sweet boy, someone that will have the patience to let Oran adapt to his new life in the UK.

Oran is currently in Italy.

Kira - Now Reserved!

Kira is a lovely older English Setter, DOB year 2018.

Kira is a joyful 8 years old girl. She is affectionate
and constantly looking for human contact. She is a happy girl! She gets on well with other dogs , she is very submissive. She loves the outdoors and enjoys going out for walks, she is inquisitive and likes exploring.

She was used for hunting so we expect her to have a high-ish prey drive.
She travels well by car. She has never lived in a home environment before, but she seems to be easily adapting to changes. She absolutely loves dog treats; we can tell she hasn’t had many in the past! Kira is ready for retirement and will make a great companion!

Kira is currently in Italy.

Jasper - 2 year old male.

Jasper is beautiful chap, born in 2023.

Jasper was found in a suburb of South Italy starving to death. He was taken into the municipal pound and later moved to a private dog pension.

Jasper is an amazing, good natured setter. He was badly mistreated but he has not lost faith in humans and he is showing to be a loyal companion. He is affectionate to humans, always trying to get a cuddle.

He looks a little timid until he knows he can trust, this is probably due to his life in the streets. He is very active, he is probably now living the puppyhood he never had! His coat is improving daily, we can see the changes good food, supplements and a slightly improved life is having on him. He is very inquisitive, Jasper loves his life outdoor, doing activities and walking.

Jasper is currently in Italy.

Dero - 4 years old male.

Dero is a stunning English Setter, DOB 01.06.2021.

Dero was relinquished by a hunter as not good enough for working, he has been neutered and is a very healthy boy (he’s teeth are in excellent condition, he might be younger than 4 years oldI).

This stunning liver belton has a very affectionate temperament, he gets on with other dogs and is always looking for cuddles. He is a very happy chap! Dero is looking for his forever home, he is familiar with the lead but further training will be needed. Dero never lived in a home so will need some time to adjust to his new life.

Dero is currently in Italy.

Caleb - 5 year old male.

Caleb is a lovely Blue Belton English Setter, DOB 15.04.2020.

Poor Caleb comes from an awful public pound, luckily he was spotted by a Setter lover and is now in the North of Italy for a second chance in life.

Caleb arrived with an eye condition that now has been treated (NEW PHOTOS WILL BE UPLOADED SOON, showing a full recovery). This lovely chap is a very calm dog, he is very respectful of other dogs and people. He has a wonderful temperament.

At first he can be a little unsure and shy, but once he warms up to you he seeks cuddles and contact. Caleb gets on well with other dogs, he absolutely loves to be groomed!! On the lead he loves to explore and will make a wonderful companion.

Caleb is currently in Italy.

Akti - 4 years old male.

Akti is a Blue Belton English Setter, DOB 11.04.2021.

Akti was found running around in the middle busy road, our rescuer opened her car and he jumped straight into safety. Most likely he was recently dumped.

This lovely chap is healthy and has tested negative to all Mediterranean diseases. The rescuers describe him as a very loving and kind Setter. He loves human contact and gets on well with other dogs, currently sharing his space with a female called Angel.
As a young Setter he’s got plenty of energy and loves to sniff around.

Akti has never lived in a home and would need a patient family to allow him to settle in, he would love a resident dog to show him the ropes. He will need some help with lead walking and recall but with lots of love he will flourish in the right home.

Akti is currently in Greece.
