“A dog is the only thing on Earth that loves you more than he loves himself.”
Rocky - 9 year old male.
9 year old boy (DOB April 2016)
In foster near Guildford, originally from Spain
No health issues reported
Not tested with cats
Could be an only dog or live with other dogs.
Rocky is a 9 year old boy, originally from Spain. He is on the smaller size (~14kg) and is likely a Setter cross Brittany Spaniel.
Rocky is incredibly affectionate and is a velcro dog inside, following you round the house often accompanied by one of his favourite toys. He just loves human company and is a very good WFH buddy. He thrives off a simple life and routine.
He has really thrived in his foster home with daily countryside walks. He loves to stop and and sniff and walks well on his lead. With training, his recall has improved and his foster family are now able walk him off lead - he is very clever, treat orientated and has no prey drive.
Rocky does resource guard sometimes, but this is easily managed by diverting his attention elsewhere.
Rocky gets on well with other dogs but would also do well in a home as an only dog.
He is looking for a home that will give him lots of company, daily walks and the space and confidence to be himself.
Pablo - 7 year old male.
7 year old boy DOB 7/12/2018
Currently in the UK - Cheshire area
Neutered
No health issues, vaccinations up to date
Teeth cleaned 2025
Around 22kgs
Lived with a cat
Can live with other dogs
Pablo was found abandoned on a mountain side in Spain in 2020. He was adopted in the UK and has lived here for the past 5 years.
Pablo is a handsome, gentle setter and is a calm boy in the house. He needs an adopter who is home most of the time as this poor boy suffers from separation anxiety. At times, Pablo seems quite sad so he will need a home that is understanding and willing to work on his anxieties, as he worries when his current owners leave him alone.
A friendly resident dog would be beneficial for Pablo in his new home; to give him company, provide reassurance and to play with.
